you can create a free account of your own and address in lovely "america"!

In iTunes go to your account and click "change Country". Enter a fake address (must exist). This is what an Apple supporter told me when I wanted to use a code which was valid only in the US AppStore. After using/buying/whatever, just switch back the country.
