Hello I need help I can not do departments on my iphone 3g version is 3.1.2 when I try resotre releases through iTunes an error ERROR *** 13 *** Does somebody can help me what should I do?

install last version itunes 9.1 and if you sam probleme chage the desktop and cable
and try to restore your iphone withe dfu mode and recovery mode
