No Solution to Restore 3.1.3 3gs

I try to restore 3gs on same restore 3.1.3 with modem 05.12 but not work,i not try to update on 4.0 because i don't have org simcard,so how to re-restore iPhone 3gs on 3.1.3 ?

Just use last version of ultrasn0w and don't worry
if your phone is not jailbreaked use spirit to jailbreak the phone and then unlock the phone with last version ot ultrasn0w, u can dowload it from cydia, add source "repo666.ultrasn0w.com" and install ultrasn0w.

you cannot jailbreak if you have no original sim or 1sim.
