Well, I found this guide in iFunia iPhone column "Jailbreak/unlock iPhone 3GS for iOS 4 on Mac" I think there are the same as OS 4.0, what you need is running PwnageTool or jailbreakme, and then unlock with UltraSn0w from Cydia. | |
