I tried to flash in fastboot mode by

and got error

Is it normal that file downloaded can not to be unziped ? even error in winzip,
downloaded file a few times

Usually logo hang can be solve with flashing a currect boot partition. If this Rom installed on your phone, then make a dump from hboot and send It to me. after that I can decrypt Rom for you.
