1st you must activate this phone with UK network sim card and check which work , these phones work with any of Networks but only can unlock if activated and you can use and see which sim work

without check your side with sim cant tell which service can done .

1- when i put Tunisia ooredoo sim = result : https://i.imgur.com/R7BaKGw.jpg
2- when i put Tunisia Orange sim = result : https://i.imgur.com/R7BaKGw.jpg
in 1 and 2 the same result = carte sim non valide

when i put Orange sim that came with the iphone = result : https://i.imgur.com/yipqUk6.jpg

did you activate ? after you took info

can you get FULL GSX and tell me here

because if you say Orange UK Sim works then it should be orange uk in Initial Policy as well

and UK orange clean only can be done if it was activated -

1st dont use too much big photos please , use postimage for upload and resize

2nd

yes you are correct in this , reset phone and try activate

make sure you know apple id or disable FMI before reset also
just advice if you know already also

UK Orange ?

if yes then use GSX full Emergency please , because 1-120 Minutes working only when guy online and some time his account access issue so come late

so better use Emergency GSX for now

and let me know results or only ORDER id which you check GSX
