My modem is 'unlocked', it detects other 2G and 3G networks, indicates signal strength for them if the appropriate SIM card is inserted, but it won't accept an APN for other providers. Dodo's SP code sets the APN correctly, but using another provider's SP code doesn't work and the Dodo setting remains. The modem seems to have embedded Dodo firmware that does not alter even if updated. I ran X080D-2XDDAU3 updater (the other didn't match) but it must be Dodo-specific too. Very frustrating.
