help unlocking nokia 3200

please help me
my nokia is blocked ,but I do't know how! I think that the fault is from my nokia pc suite.
My imei is 352517002346069
my network is optimus(portugal)
please somebody.....

Not sure if you mean locked or blocked.
If you can use the phone but only with the one network then you mean locked, if you cant make calls at all then you mean blocked but usually only blocked by networks not by software. Pc suite doesnt normally (I dont think it can) reset the lock status, so not sure what you actually mean. Imei unlock request need to be in correct forum and as has been said u need to be a member for a while, however you could always look for links to download the software to do it yourself

Of course that nokia pc suite cannot be used to unlock phones. Or you think that nokia wants that. Pc Suite is a nokia program.
So, Rafas, you need the codes to unlock you mobile but, like Norman Bates said, you have less than 20 posts and 45 days.
So you’ll have to wait until we give you the codes you need to UNLOCK your mobile.

I was making the point that if the phone was unlocked before the use of pc suite then it will still be unlocked after. So if phone stopped working then the problem is NOT unlocking. Look before making assumptions
