need help please. when i inserted the sun sim to my tattoo and tried to connect, it prompts, i cannot use unregistered sim. it didn't ask for unlocking code. how do i unlock the device?

plug modem into computer , if it connects to the internet then select disconnect , once disconnected from internet you can then unlock your modem..
