the modems and routers are locked by the operator,as 3, vodafone, O2,t-mobile,etc. so if you need to unlocked ur device you should contact your network operator, but there is no need to do anything for the solution which is produce by the factory without any operators.

Hi,i bought a huawei E153 modem and got the unlock code also ,but as previous model,it wont appear the window to enter my unlock code,in the modem software,under pin operations menu the unlock button appears but won't highlight,so please help me to solve this problem.Thank you in advance.
