Hey guys,

I really hope someone can help me, I'm a real nOOb to this so go easy, .

Basically I think my IMEI number is now on the network blacklist so I need to know how to change the IMEI, or in some other way bypass this.

Info:

Nokia 6100

IMEI: 351538/00/055442/2

Network Code: 234-10

I think thats the stuff you need, but let me know if theres anything else.

Cheers all, and nice site!!

there is no way to bypass it as the imei is on a once programmable chip...and if you could in most countries it is now illegal

currntly they are only blacklisted in the country where the phone was reported lost/stolen as the operators do not share info across borders

IMEI change for Nokia 6100

Ok, thanks for the fast reply, I had barely closed the window when I got the email!!.

Basically all I need to know is if there is a way to do it, I couldn't care less if its illegal or not I just want my phone back.

Surely if I change the IMEI then it will no longer register on the network as the same phone and therefore work again.

If anyone can help please do.

Thanks

You have to change the UEM and then reprogram it with GRIFFIN , PRODIGY etc . That's the only way for the moment !!!
