thank for the code but its seems like my phone has already been hard lock..it says "slot has been permanently unlock",even putting non-acccepted sim wont prompt my unlocking area..it will only appear so brief..and then fades away..using code without sim to unlock wont work either nor going to engineering mode won't do any progress cause the simmelock options is in grey..any ways to solve this??it seems like the previous owner exceeded the unlock with wrong code..thanks in advance,.

Turn off your phone. Hold down Volume down key and press Power key at same time until the screen lights up and then press Home key. Be sure to backup all your data before resetting your phone. All data will be lost!
