Since FOUR weeks I try to contact benq-siemens Belgium to get codes for my phone (cl-75 POPPY): error sim mep lock failed... They keep saying that their server has crashed and are unable to help me... unbelievable and really bad service from this very large communication firm

All my contacts are in this phone, so please would you be so kind as to help me out ?
