unlocking LG G4020 - - problems reading phone - GSM-Forum

I got a cable for my LG G4020 phone which is locked to AT&T I plugged in the cable and it read it as being there on com4 and I was able to pull the phone book and stuff with some LG software, but for all the unlocking programs I try when I put it on com4 they all just say "power on phone" or "switch phone on or reset target"

I dont know why its not reading them in the programs (I am trying LG Unlocker 1.2 and Floader)

Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try this:
Switch Off your phone and put it to the cable. Then start the program and when she says power on phone press the switch off button.
