I finally managed to root SGH-T999 in a way that bst tool could see it.
I flashed cwm recovery and instaled update-supersu-v2.46.zip

But why continue posting in very OLD release?...read always Sticky thread and Enable in you dongle "Ceck Automatic Updates", we are to 3.27.16 Version.
