Member: 1781038 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | [GT-i9300] write new IMEI destroys Baseband I have Samsung Galaxy S3 sudden death, created Bootcard and installed firmware, installed Factory EFS (IMEI 00499..), when I try to restore original IMEI and Serial I get Popup to connect UART, but it does not recognize the Phone. Code: Fw.Ver : BstKey V3.11 Serial : (removed) Active User: n0!R~... PL2303 : 3.4.48.272 2013-02-05 (OK) Best Smart Tools, Load OK. Restarting ADB service ... ok Scanning devices ... 1 found dev[1] Manufactory: SAMSUNG Model: GT-I9300 Hardware: SMDK4X12 Mode: normal Prepare environment ... Patching for IMEI ... ok Prepare environment ... Bypass MSL ... Detect new security ... Backup EFS ... (removed) ok Update device ... Reboot device to NORMAL mode ... Wait device ready ... After trying to write correct IMEI, Baseband is unknown and I have to reflash the complete software. Please help! |

If you type *#1234# got no modem (CP) I've always solved with this..... ->root->recovery-CMW>flash in recovery custom modem & custom kernel->after that you've got back (CP) and you can write SN+IMEI......and all works but...i've got this trouble after that.... the phone sometimes freezee during call...seems to be really instable...maybe is a problem of custom modem&kernel.Any solution BST Team? |

Member: 592636 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 674 | for repair base band u need full firmware writting then repair imei if u have network problem u can use super imei. |
