[GT-i9300] write new IMEI destroys Baseband


Hello,
I have Samsung Galaxy S3 sudden death, created Bootcard and installed firmware, installed Factory EFS (IMEI 00499..), when I try to restore original IMEI and Serial I get Popup to connect UART, but it does not recognize the Phone.
Code:
Fw.Ver : BstKey V3.11
Serial : (removed)
Active User: n0!R~...
PL2303 : 3.4.48.272  2013-02-05 (OK)
Best Smart Tools, Load OK.
Restarting ADB service ... ok

Scanning devices ... 1 found

Patching for IMEI ... ok

Reboot device to NORMAL mode ...

Software is 4.3, i'm on Windows 7 x86

After trying to write correct IMEI, Baseband is unknown and I have to reflash the complete software.
Please help!

I've got same error....
If you type *#1234# got no modem (CP)

I've always solved with this..... ->root->recovery-CMW>flash in recovery custom modem & custom kernel->after that you've got back (CP) and you can write SN+IMEI......and all works but...i've got this trouble after that.... the phone sometimes freezee during call...seems to be really instable...maybe is a problem of custom modem&kernel.Any solution BST Team?

Custom recovery is not an option, it should work with stock kernel and stock rom. Please Help BST!

for repair base band u need full firmware writting then repair imei if u have network problem u can use super imei.

I can repair baseband, but when I repair IMEI afterwards the Baseband is unknown again. Please explain Super IMEI.

when baseband repair Done then your IMEI must be 0049xxxxxxxx, after this there is a option super IMEI just write it and all will solved

You are saying that BST still not fix IMEI repair on 4.3 ??? Only superIMEI?

That's right, When I fix baseband is IMEI 0049, like i said in my first post.
PLEASE explain Super IMEI to me. Is it a different IMEI to the original imei? I want the phone to have its original IMEI back.

Don't click patch imei, there is option show supper imei
Check default and click restore imei

Ok i can take a road to fix dead i9300?

1) SD card repair boot
2) efs write
3) Stock rom 4.3
4) Root rom 4.3(file taken from bst site)
5) I've to check default and click restore imei?
6) ???

I now tried it with Android 4.1.2 but it's the same, baseband is gone after IMEI repair, super IMEI gives me the screen i posted earlier.

attach your phone on BST PCB and select correct Com Port then click info, after get info Write Super IMEI all will be fine

me too have same problem if i tried to write original IMEI
but if you write super IMEI all will be ok except it is not your IMEI
