As you can see in the attached screenshots, the only available action is to 'Show card info' and not to 'Add new activations' as should be the case.

In the last picture it is clear stated that the 'Samsung Tool Pro' and the 'LG Tool' are neither activated but the activation is possible.

did you update z3x card firmware

After changing the OS to Windows XP, the option "Update card firmware" is still unavailable, the only option besides the 'Show card info' that is available now is 'Update Easy-Jtag box' which should not be the one, although it is failing in the update process to the new Jtag firmware 1.52

I'm wondering if there is a way to check the activations or the status using the Card ID?

After doing some research, there is no Card Firmware to update to, as reported, the Card version is 2.2 which is the same version reported on the Z3X server. I'm pretty sure this is not the problem with the activation process.
