20 days still lock

-icloud fast almost 3 weeks still lock
-lgtool credits , server replied me done, but when i checked still no credits on my lgtool
its almost 1 week from now, what should i do?
-icloud server replied 5 imei's done but when i checked still lock

please fix it

check your account your one icloud imei unlock 358031050776098 off
and befor send icloud imei we have told you icloud service que system
service working but every day limited imei unlock if you client in hurry we will refund you money
for lg too credit check this link it,s show clear credit add in your card s/n 25 july 2015
