Iphone still LOCKED after confirmation - GSM-Forum

Hi, iphone is still LOCKED (order id 492348) after your "unlocked" confirmation.
I have sent you gsx as per your request in support ticket but I have not got a reply from you if you are unable to unlock phone in timely manner please cancel the order because unlike you I don't have the luxury of ignoring my customers.
I would appreciate your prompt response in timely manner.

New GSX report "order id:506158 (1/12/2016:21:00EST)" says "Unlocked:false".
This is very unprofessional.
