Blackberry Q5 Unlock problem

I have unlocked at least 100 phones with no problem
but today I keep getting this error message when unlocking Q5 and it has taken credits from me (without unlocking the phone)

Please un-plug the cable, take out the battery, wait for few seconds, re-plug the cable

Try unlocking this phone again. Looks like USB communication error in the end.
It only takes credit when phone is successfully unlocked. If unlock process was stopped anyhow and phone was not unlock, then credit will be automatically refunded.

This should be your internet connection bro. try again when internet is stable your log will come back to ur account since the phone was not unlocked there is no how Chimera will not refund your. i faced same problems some times too buh later when my network is ok i try and it's worked. Best regards.....
