When i check the device in the tool it started the proccess and the next message showed up:  How to solve it ? it supposed to be work? this is why i bought your tool... |

As soon as the LG logo is displayed, let go of the Power key, keep pressing the Volume Down and then press once more the Power button Afterwards you should see a factory reset menu on your screen. Then try to first make the Bypass & Remove FRP option |
