I bought a chimera dongle full modules for a year, it was working fine but 3 days ago it shows me a message that I do not have any license, can you check why this happens?

hello sir,am from kenya i bought a new chimera authenticator but it says it does not have license.but on the box sticker it says its activated.authenticator serial..292119563.reseller is gsm shark.please help

please contact with your reseller. He need to add the licence to your authenticator or your user account.
