Am very please and happy with chimera support here. I must say i love your customer support chimera

I Already Downloaded all this file and i have been using it to unlock
10.3.2.680_omap. os
10.3.2.680_qc8960 .os
10.3.2.680_qc8974 .os
ChimeraFiles \general \Unlock \os10 \OMAP \10.3.2.680_omap .os

ChimeraFiles\ general \Unlock \os10 \QCOM \10.3.2.680_qc8960 .os

ChimeraFiles \general \Unlock \os10 \QC8974\10.3.2.680_qc8974. os

since i upgraded to to the latest version i was not able to use it again asking me to re-download . please tell me what to do in such a way the file will be use with the latest version.

DO you Migrate?
Ans: Yes i migrated but at the the time i migrated the chimera was in diff folder(i.e latest chimera was in the download folder it never ask me t migrate the bb10 unlocking files)

DO you Move the chimera to the right part after download?
Ans:NO i did not move it to the right part after download at first ,i lunch it on the download folder. When i found out it downloading all over again i have to move the chimera latest version to the please where the chimera folder was and i deleted the old one. But yet After doing that it still want to download new files again

Have you Unlock Before
Ans: Yes i have unlock before several time using the old chimera

Next update has come,still problem exists,the software asking for a new update higher than what we already have.and software very slow to download using chimera interface.please give us a new link if we must download this file,or find us a better solution

Same problem with my I have chimerafiles folder with 5GB of data for unlock OS10 and now Im trying to unlock a Z10 devices and migrate now proccess delete my files.
Please fix this my internet is very slow so Downloading 5GB again is not a good option.

Hello,

However I understand you totally, there is no other way, you need migrate old files and download some new files too, because for new models/new versions you can not use the old ones.
Believe me we will not waste your time or cause you headache, but it is really necessary step...

Ok I understand, but to be clear the files I have inside ChimeraFiles forlder are not zip files, they are .os files, so how can I migrate that files because the Import option don't work with that files.

Of course you need unpack them from the ZIP archive.
This files are ready to use, just unpack them to somewhere and migrate with chimera, it will place them to the correct folder...
