chimeratool problem


i av chang my computer and installed chimeratool on the new now i open chiemeratool well but cant unlock or use any services i av this message

and when i tried to buy credit to unlock blackberry i av this message

You have furious pack 13/14 activation, or you bought separated chimeratool license?

my user name is hippolyte85 last time i sent you this info by mail but no reply
long time i av activated my pack13 to use chimeratool and after 1year was expired now i av paid "blackberry 12 months licence" and change my computer and need know how can i use chimeratool with my new computer

Dear hippolyte85 and harounazra,

At the same time you can use your chimera license on 1 computer, but after every 48 hours you can delete the attached computer and add another one to the license. The chimeratool license, not same with the furious pack 13 or 14 activation, because you could not install it on your box/dongle.

very thx dear all av been solved but another problem i av paid 100 credits to unlock blackberry Z10 and i get one error when i unlocked after tried second time chimera said not av credits "You don't have enough credits for the selected procedure. You can buy more credits here."

here u can see that i av paid 100 credits

Dear Sir,

we know about that problem, and our developer team fixed it 10 min ago. now we paid back the credits for the unsuccessful jobs, and now we deduced the credits per phone not per process.
If the status of the job is "CRASHED" and the credits deduced for the job, please use again the unlock process and everything will be ok.
