Hey team, I have a problem when trying to run services in EDL mode. Even if connected correctly, the tool presents an error when processing the files and asks me to reconnect the phone again and returns the error to me.

Thank you for the reply. We checked the logs from our end and the system reported the following problem:
"Possible version incompatibility with the selected firmware. Please try to use a different one."

Please if you can, do try to use another firmware. If you face the exact same issue, report it immediately.
