error connecting sm-a315g in mtk mode

please help chimera team, i have a sm-a315g , I try to connect with testpoint and the driver recognizes me as usbdk device, chimera tool asks me for the preloader,
If I cancel and select autodetect functions, it prompts me to connect in bootroom mode manually.
I don't know what else to do, please help

Dear User,

So you have a Samsung Galaxy A31 with MT6768 (Helio P65) cpu.
Connect the device in Normal mode to the tool. Then the chimera will tell you what button combination you should do.

Or you already did it, and the phone is not connecting?
