error message trying to unlock this Q10


[Direct unlock started.]
Phone is in loader mode

Updating software.

Retrieving necessary files
Failed to read the downloaded flash file
Finished at local time: [08.13.15 17:30:50]
WorkID: 6459523.

This is what i get trying to unlock ma Q10 with the updated chimera. Plz what should i do team????

Download manually new software files for OS10 unlock from this thread:

Put file next to Chimera.exe and then try to unlock phone again!

Hi product manager. it's so annoying facing this kind of challenge even after i downloaded all the required files for my Q10 even Z10 and Q5 etc. the unlocking process is still not successful, when it's get to the place where it's supposed to show Chimera logo for continuation for the unlocking process the phone goes blank and there will be no connection again unless i flashed the phone before it will come on... Plzzz do something to resolve this issue asap team thanks...
