realize the chimera of unlock process and when in the process that says to disconnect the equipment you remove the battery and reconnect the same as the process is stopped on the logo and team chimera is not there does not pass but nothing makes it fails with 2 teams

Dear user!
When this happens, you should check the connections and drivers.
Connect your phone, start the process and when you asked to disconnect the phone and is in the process logo, check Control Panel, adminstrativas tools and you check if you have some connection yellow.
This usually happens.

Problem solved???
Maybe the controlers was not installed
Go to manager device, find your conection to telephone and with right button mouse and update controlers
