Hi,

the main problem is that, you did not read the message what we sent in a notification window, just pressed YES / Continue button. Unlock not supported on the device.
" Only AT&T, Cricket, Xfinity are supported! TMB model detected | A: Yes"
Now your credits are refunded, but please in a future read the messages in a notification panel before you press YES / Continue.

Yes, we revoked the credits. Please do the process one more time. However, add extra locks to the device from a different country. In most cases with that little trick, you can make it work.

Dear User,

The Carrier relock will not unlock the device, in fact you will get the opposite. More locks will be on the device. For example, if you select the T-mobile carrier, the phone will be locked to that carrier.
Please place those SIM CARDS to the device which carriers you selected.

Let us know the WORK ID from the last job please so we can check what happened.

Additionally, please reflash the phone and then run the CARRIER RELOCK once again, add all the network locks from your Country to the device.
