Plzzzzz Chimera Tool help ...... Getting this error while logging into Tool Only

Logging in to website is Ok.... WHATS THE PROBLEM???

we urgently need a solution, we have already deactivated firewall, we reinstalled... help please

We have done all of the above and the problem continues? please help me chimera is indispensable.
we don't have antivirus, we have adjusted the time, reinstalled and still the same.

Dear User,

We would recommend using another computer, because we cannot communicate with your Pc at all, we cannot sync the Tool with our server, something is blocking the communication on the Pc. But we cannot see it from our end what can be done.
