Can you help us fixing the bug with a teamviewer access?
Between can you check please the free space on your drive? Because it seems, you do not have enough space left...

ok I 'll put agree with you and I will chequiar storage space of the machine but I'm pretty sure it has much still ...... and then I went to the same team that error download the operating system and he did not give any kind of mistake in my user can verify ..
