You have to see two options: - Exit Factory mode - Load Factory fastboot You have to use one of them, to get the device out from the Factory mode, then you have to try to perform the REPAIR RECOVERY to restore the device fully. Just after that run the ID remove once again. Before you start it, make sure that you reinstall the Huawei drivers. Also, use another cable and Port for the connection. Which means press and hold the POWER button while the device is connected to the pc / tool. Hold the button for about 15-20 sec. Then click on the EXIT FACTORY MODE. Also make sure that you reinstall the Huawei drivers (In the chimera tool - settings menu) before you do that! Best regards Sab Chimera team Quote:
