Huawei P20 Lite ANE-LX1 Dead After Fact Mode - GSM-Forum

Hi Chimera Tem
Day before Yesterday i recievced Huawei P20 Lite Device at stuck On Huawei Logo so i connected with Chimera tool so it did show only Load factory fastboot except this option i did not have any option so i decided to put in fastboot mode after that it did not powered up and just show Huawei USB COM 1.0 Test point Mode.plese Chimera team help me.what should i do, customer is fighting now.
Please i need to revive this device if just power up its enough.just want same condition when it was before.

Hi,

Please send us a WORK ID from the last job that you made for this device with the Tool. Also in this state, please do the following ones:
1. reinstall the chimera tool drivers - actually you have to reinstall he Huawei driver
2. use another usb port and cable- if you can use the original Huawei cable
3. connect the device to the tool - and use the EXIT FACTORY MODE or the Load Factory Fastboot and the device will be recovered from this state.

There is no any other option except Load Factory Fastboot when connect to Chimera tool.all other option or EXIT FACtory Mode Disable or grayed.so how can i exit .

The phone was software bricked by this procedure to make it enter factory mode. To recover from this state you should do a Repair Boot or a Repair Recovery procedure. Also it's possible that the phone boots into recovery mode only: in this case please do an USB firmware update with a suitable firmware.

how to exit Fac Mode while there is no option enable except Load Fac Fastboot.?

Once the device can boot up in Fastboot mode, please run the REPAIR RECOVERY and the USB FIRMWARE UPDATE method!
