Which procedure did you used when received the error message?

if I choose: Factory Fastboot after it finishes downloading the file it asks me to put my phone manually in Upgrade mode while the phone even if I try to leave the Fastboot it comes back again, I tried USB Update it gives me the error saying that security is improving ... if I try Repair Fastboot it says to me: Challenge ..... I don't know what anymore so I have more strength, I wrote to Chimera on Skype but I have not received coherent answers, I believe that a software which costs like that must when providing a follow-up service to its customers, I also believe that it is following my questions that they were able work the new updated but I'm not always satisfied!

Connect to normal mode or upgrade mode if fail connect to COM 1.0 unlock bootloader and remove frp
