i active my license from furious
know when i want to login to shimeratool.com i did not have user and pass
also cannot create an account because it says user already taken

my email address is [email protected]
can you remove my account for make a new one?

Dear User,

If you activated your License on the Furious website, then you received your License / credits onto your Furious box. You have to log in with the Furious box. Also the email address is registered with your Furious ID that is why you cannot use it.

So make sure that you use the Furious Box for the login.

ok
my furious id shown in bottom of chimera when i open app (furious-4xxxxxx)
but i did not have email address
so i can not reset password
can you help me ?

Dear User,

You will not have a password with the Furious account. That is normal. If you want to login to our website with your Furious ID, then you have to click on the BUY menu in the Chimera Tool Software.
