I dont have virtualhere software

Since today i cant use my chimera tool becouse it says to uninstall the virtualhere software but i dont have such program installed, and now im urgent to use the software that i paid for and cant doit!!!! help

1. Go to the "Add or Remove programs" (windows system settings), here search for the Virtual here and uninstall/delete it.
2. Open start menu on your computer and search for the "regedit" then you will find the "registry editor". Please open the Registry Editor and delete the follow Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\v husb3hc

When they are successfully done, restart your computer.

thanks for the answer and i know that you are trying to protect your software, but remember that some of us cant have a single computer just to use your software and some times whe need to use another software

I think the same, I have 5 computers in 2 different stores, I own two chimera licenses but it's still tedious sometimes not being able to change computers.

our rules are same from the 0 day. 1 license able to use basically on 1 computer. You have opportunity to change computer when 48 hours left from the previously computer registration.
Furthermore you have opportunity to buy your license with authenticator. In this case the license will be connected to the authenticator and you can use your license from the computer where it is connected.

Share or rent of the license Strictly forbidden. It is not a new thing and our developers are working on a better security continuously.

Not fair with other users when somebody share the purchased license and give much lower prices for the same process. That will kill the mobile repair market.

The problem is not the chimera licence, the problem is that we use another software like our invoice software that also uses a HASP for protection and becouse of that now where a have installed the chimera i cant use anymore becouse i need to have virtualhere to use the hasp remotely, and its absurd becouse the virtualhere doesnt allow to use the hasp on more than one computer at the same time, so it would be the same for your licence, the only thing that saves us its the time to change it from one computer to another!!!
