i m Playing Game


Why My Username Register By other Computer. ?

You have a licence, but a different computer is attached to it. You can see your currently attached computers here. 
Alternatively, buy more licences, so you can use more computers simultaneously.


i Use Only One PC From The 1st Day Of My Chimera License
But From today morning 2 time I have This Problem .

i Change My Password also
after change Password problem Is Solves but again
this Problem
after i Connect Live Chat . he Cleared My All Computer And Working Ok.
But Again Problem ..
Than Again i connect to live Chat and he say
" i m Playing Game "

what is your user name?
Maybe you added wrong computer to the license at the previously detach/attach?

after i Connect Live Chat . he Cleared My All Computer And Working Ok.

After My This Post Yesterday I Connect Again To Live Chat And He Cleared Again all computer With My chimera License and I also Reinstall New Window But Today Again I have License Problem Now ..
What Is This ??? Please Solve My Problem

After Swiched Off And Trun On My PC Again The New Notification

When you reset your computer and reinstall windows it generates another PC Name, chimera recognizes like another pc.

Hi,


sorry but we have not clear your license on each day. We have not opportunity for that.
When you reinstall the computer the ID of the device will be changed and it is a reason why you get that message.


Contact with the support team via live chat maybe they are able to help you.

Sir check my post I say that
After reinstall New Window I login Chimera successfully without Problem
But After Switched Off And Reboot I have problem again.
After all I look that every switch off reboot my PC name is changed So than I check and Fix bios Battery .
After Fix bios Battery the PC Name is Same and Not Change . So Now Please clear My license Computers .
May be My problem should be Solve .
