Member: 1787203 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23,783 | reply Dear tintome, Okay so we checked the issue with the Bootloader unlock. The error message (USB timeout) indicates that the data transfer is slow between your PC and the phone. We would recommend to reinstall the chimera tool drivers (MTK) and then restart the PC. Make sure that every other running background software and tool is closed, and I would also recommend to change the cable and the USB PORT. Then do the process again! Let me know the result. Best regards Sab Chimera team |

Member: 1787203 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23,783 | reply Dear Tintome, Thank you for the detailed report. Now we checked the logs that you provided, and we do not see the issue from our methods. We think that the device could have some hardware/software related issues (it is not clear yet), and because of that the process cannot work. We are still investigating the issue, as it is a bit unique. We do not experienced such a trouble with the phone before, even the Backup restoring fails, which makes this case even more interesting. If you have more information about the phone please let us know it. Best regards Sab Chimera team |
