Dear User,

I would suggest doing a Windows update and then reinstalling the Samsung drivers and then restarting your computer.

Best Regards,
ChimeraTeam

Thank you Sir for your reply , I updated and reinstalled drivers from Chimera Setting but still same before this I had problem with detecting MTK phones due to drivers confliction I tried removing and reinstalling MTK all drivers but still same finally problem solved by installing new windows but as you know installing everything from the beginning is a big problem .

How we can prevent from this drivers confliction or at least solve it without installing new Windows ?

Dear User,

Usually driver issues are caused by:
- Faulty installation of the operating system
- Using an unsupported operating system
- Using old/faulty hardware

That being said, our suggestion would be to make sure you have a freshly installed clean OS, that is updated to the latest patch, before installing Chimera.

Best Regards,
ChimeraTeam
