P20 Pro, all CLT-XX series came imbedded with Hw New Security, there's no way you can downgrade to service the phone in Manufacturer mode..

Hi,

we did not add fake updates.. It is working for many users, but sure some cases process can not be done because of: security version, firmware version, any damage of the device etc..
When an process did not work for you, that is not mean, the update fake.. Maybe just need send us work id and ask the reason...
Before you write some bull****, just ask...
