i can access fasboot
can i fix it with the new update???

first of all you need TP, then you can repair that device.

why tp? can i use Repair Recovery procedure in fastboot??

without test point your device can not be connected into the necessary mode.

sorry for my qst but??im willing to buy the license just for this feature

The Repair Recovery procedure is available if you connect the phone in fastboot mode, and Chimera recognises it. Once it happens, the Repair Recovery button will appear on the phone panel.
so as i understand its not an ordinary fastboot ?

some *******rs says its working so
u got two choise
dissasembly the phone
make tp ! unlock BL repair recovery update firmware
2nd option unlock BL direct flash firmware on fastboot
