Passport BB id remove problem -SOLVED - GSM-Forum

Hi, i have a problem to remove bb id, sw is working ok till it come to chimera icon on display but then phone keeps flashing some error abot cable detection problem. i tried multiple ports and usb cables. is there any other solution?

Thank you for your feedback

anyway it is worth to check the follow things:
- drivers are installed/they are up to date?
- blackberry blend installed on your computer?
- please close the running background software what is able to communicate with the phone. (other boxes, service software etc)
