you have to be patient, Kingo running very slow, but finally work .trick is simple when the phone stuck in the program should disconect one conect again, for me root process took about 10 minutes

the unlock supported on that model, if the root process was unsuccessful, please try to use an special root software.

Try kingo root if not then try g313h root file and after flash with recovery 100%
