problem when unlock n960u t mobile Invalid IMEI.

SIM STATUS: absent.
That should mean your device is unlocked, If I am right.
Maybe you have t mobile app that is locking your phone?

Used you any other tool or software previously on the device? I'm asking it because maybe the EFS damaged. When you re-flash the device with complete stock firmware the situation same?

Hi, use combination firmware, perform full wipe even cache, then reflash with lastest Firmware version and perform unlock procedure again...
