Q20 no signal after unlock-SOLVED - GSM-Forum

Hi unlocked a q20 now there is signal but cannot call out ,
What is the problem , worked before I unlocked it .

also tried downgrade software and upgrade software again still no joy accepts simbut no calls out saying not allowed
