Unfortunately we can not check physically your phone, because of this we could not tell you what is the exact problem in that case. We checked the log of the job, but we could not found any problem with the phone. It is worth to try to use an older SW, maybe it can help you but is it not 100%. Really sorry for the inconveniences.
