Member: 1766567 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1,788 | The Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920) and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge (SM-G925T) of T-Mobile USA They are using a custom firmware preventing the phone to ask for unlock code as there is no way to enter it (the phone simply do not ask "SIM Network Unlock PIN"). The only way to unlock the phone was on the official use of the T-Mobile "Mobile Device Unlock App" is an Android app "Unlock Device" that allows you to request and apply a mobile unlock directly from the device. Now there is a solution consisting of a firmware update the phone with MetroPCS Firmware instead of T-Mobile, and this will allow the phone to ask for the unlock code. Once a flash (update) your phone with this new firmware, please make sure your Samsung SM-SM-G925T G920T and is now asking "SIM network unlock PIN". Download the special MetroPCS Firmware for Samsung SM-G920T. Download ODIN v3.10.0 Service Software Enable USB debugging through the open Settings> Settings> Developers Option> USB Debugging After flashing the Samsung Galaxy S6 / S6 EDGE T-MOBILE phone with this firmware you finally ask for a network code when you insert a SIM card from another operator. http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f515...e-usa-1941493/ |
