But any tool listed in this link work for J100VPP have a tested tool for this???

Hello try to use all tools and not work or needed specific version software for flash and in you support not have any firmware I'm have 5.0.2

the phone is not rooted correctly and the firmware update was unsuccessful too.
Please try to use an newer FW, if you could not find newer FW, please try to flash the phone with Odin.

Yes odin is better for flash but not have flash in native odin format md5 or tar its possible converter or decrypt?
