the problem is the Android 12 sadly. We cannot handle it at the moment.

Thank you for the feedback. We have a workable method for this one, however you have to root the device. After that you have to use the Root based method.

Dear slimane79,

As we see the device cannot be recognized during the process. The phone disappears and then the phone cannot be recognized anymore. Please reinstall the chimera tool drivers, use another cable and USB port.

If you can, you can try the process on another PC as well.
