Unable to successfully complete a refurbish session

Sir,
i have been unable to fully implement a successful refurbish session after the recent updates anytime i try to refurbish a phone i always get error towards the end of the refurbish operation and anytime it stops the pin changes to fffffff and i will be unable to repair it now i have 3 phones at hand that has the same problem using chimera to refurbish the phones.
please what do i do because the owners of the owners are really angry.Thank you

The first unsuccessful refurbish id was 1819189(blackberry)dated on the 18-08-2014. refurbish error

2. 1757814(blackberry) dated on the 13-08-2014 refurbish error

3. 1746219 (blackberry) dated 12-08-2014 refurbish error.

I will also appreciate your swift resolution of this problem of mine because the customer is on my neck.thank you

2014.08.13 17:47 Refurbish ERROR This USB connection is closed (send (#697 )
2014.08.11 18:45 Info FINISHED

Please try it again and 99% sure will be working. Of course for second time we will not consume credits.
